Cleaning with clean water, after connecting the cleaning equipment to the gas steam generator, clean with clean water for 10 minutes, check the system status, whether there is leakage, and then clean the floating rust.
Remove from anti-corrosion cleaning, add surface stripping agent and slow-release agent in the circulating water of the cleaning tank according to a certain proportion, and cycle cleaning for 20 minutes to separate the scale from the cleaned parts, and carry out anti-corrosion treatment on the surface of the material without scaling, Avoid corrosion of the cleaning parts by the cleaning agent during descaling and cleaning.
Gas steam generator passivation coating treatment, add passivation coating agent, carry out passivation coating treatment on steam generator cleaning system, prevent corrosion of pipelines and components and new rust formation.
