Steam disinfection is to place the washed tableware in a steam cabinet or a steam box for disinfection at a temperature of 100°C for 10 minutes. The advantage of that is that the effect is very good, it is not easy to leave chemical residues on the tableware, the temperature can be controlled, and it is not easy to deform.
