200KG Fuel Oil Steam Generator for

Short Description:

Gas steam generator safety operating procedures

1. The operator must be familiar with the performance and safety knowledge of the gas steam generator being operated, and non-personnel operation is strictly prohibited.
2. The conditions and inspection items that should be met before the operation of the gas steam generator:
1. Open the natural gas supply valve, check whether the natural gas pressure is normal, and whether the ventilation of the natural gas filter is normal;
2. Check whether the water pump is normal, and open the valves and dampers of various parts of the water supply system. The flue should be in the open position in the manual position, and the pump selection switch on the electric control cabinet should be selected in a suitable position;
3. Check that the safety accessories should be in the normal position, the water level gauge and the pressure gauge should be in the open position; the working pressure of the steam generator is 0.7MPa. Check whether the safety valve is leaking, and whether the safety valve is sensitive to take-off and return to the seat. Before the safety valve is corrected, it is absolutely forbidden to run the boiler.
4. The deaerator can operate normally;
5. The softened water equipment can operate normally, the softened water should meet the GB1576-2001 standard, the water level of the softened water tank is normal, and the water pump is running without failure.

3. Boiler
When using the steam generator for the first time, the oil and dirt in the pot must be removed. Boiler dosage is 3kg each of 100% sodium hydroxide and trisodium phosphate per ton of boiler water.
Four, the fire
1. Ensure that the gas has been transported to the boiler room normally and safely, and check the explosion-proof door on the upper part of the furnace. The opening and closing of explosion-proof doors should be flexible.
2. Before a fire occurs, a comprehensive inspection of the steam generator (including auxiliary machines, accessories, and pipelines) should be carried out, and the boiler exhaust valve should be opened.
3. Slowly pour water into the pot, and pay attention to whether there is water leakage in each part when entering the water.
4. When the steam pressure rises to 0.05-0.1MPa, the water level gauge of the generator should be flushed; when the steam pressure rises to 0.1-0.15MPa, the exhaust valve should be closed; when the steam pressure rises to 0.2-0.3MPa, it should be flushed Pressure gauge conduit, and check that the flange connection is tight.
5. When the steam pressure in the generator gradually increases, you should pay attention to whether there is any special noise in each part of the steam generator, and check it immediately if there is any. If necessary, the furnace should be shut down immediately, and the operation can only be continued after the fault is eliminated.
5. Management during normal operation
1. When the steam generator is running, it should supply water evenly to maintain normal water level and steam pressure. The specified working pressure of the steam generator is marked with a red line on the generator pressure gauge.
2. Rinse the water level gauge at least twice per shift to keep the water level gauge clean and display clearly, and check the tightness of the drain valve. Sewage should be discharged 1-2 times per shift.
3. The pressure gauge should be checked against the standard pressure gauge every six months.
4. Check the appearance of the steam generator equipment every hour.
5. In order to prevent the failure of the safety valve, the manual or automatic exhaust steam test of the safety valve should be carried out regularly. 6. Fill in the “Gas Steam Generator Operation Registration Form” every day to complete the registration.
6. Shut down
1. The shutdown of the steam generator generally has the following situations:
(1) In case of rest or other circumstances, the furnace should be temporarily shut down when the steam is not used for a short time.
(2) When it is necessary to release furnace water for cleaning, inspection or repair, the furnace should be completely shut down.
(3) In case of special circumstances, the furnace must be shut down urgently to ensure safety and reliability.
2. The procedure for complete shutdown is the same as for temporary shutdown. When the boiler water is cooled to below 70°C, the boiler water can be released, and the scale should be washed with clean water. Under normal circumstances, the boiler should be shut down once every 1-3 months of operation.
3. In one of the following situations, an emergency stop shall be adopted:
(1) The steam generator is seriously short of water, and the water level gauge can no longer see the water level. At this time, it is absolutely forbidden to enter the water.
(2) The water level of the steam generator has risen above the water level limit specified in the operating regulations.
(3) All water supply equipment fails.
(4) One of the water level gauge, pressure gauge and safety valve fails.
(5) Accidents that seriously threaten the safe operation of the boiler such as damage to the gas pipeline system, damage to the burner, damage to the smoke box, and red burning of the steam generator shell.
(6) Although water is injected into the steam generator, the water level in the generator cannot be maintained and continues to drop rapidly.
(7) The components of the steam generator are damaged, endangering the safety of the operator.
(8) Other abnormal situations beyond the allowable scope of safe operation.
Emergency parking should focus on preventing accidents from expanding. When the situation is very urgent, the electrical switch of the steam generator can be turned on to cut off the power supply.
