Influence of Fuel Quality on Operation of Fuel Steam Generator
When using a fuel steam generator, many people face a problem: as long as the equipment can generate steam normally, any oil can be used! This is obviously a misunderstanding of many people about fuel steam generators! If there is a problem with the quality of the oil, there will be many problems in the operation of the steam generator.
Oil mist cannot be ignited
When using a fuel steam generator, such a phenomenon often occurs: after the power is turned on, the burner motor runs, and after the air supply process, the oil mist is sprayed from the nozzle, but it cannot be ignited, the burner will stop working soon, and the failure Signal light flashes. Check the ignition transformer and ignition rod, adjust the flame stabilizer, and replace with new oil. Oil quality is very important! Many low-quality oils have a high water content, so they are basically impossible to ignite!
Flame instability and flashback
This phenomenon also occurs during the use of the fuel steam generator: the first fire burns normally, but when it is turned to the second fire, the flame goes out, or the flame flickers and is unstable, and backfire occurs. If this happens, each machine can be checked individually. In terms of oil quality, if the purity or moisture of diesel oil is too high, the flame will flicker and become unstable.
Insufficient combustion, black smoke
If the fuel steam generator has black smoke from the chimney or insufficient combustion during operation, it is mostly due to problems with the quality of the oil. The color of diesel oil is usually light yellow or yellow, clear and transparent. If you see that the diesel is cloudy or black or colorless, it is most likely a problematic diesel.
