Common faults and solutions of electric heating steam generator:

1. The generator cannot generate steam. Cause: The switch fuse is broken; the heat pipe is burned; the contactor does not work; the control board is faulty. Solution: Replace the fuse of the corresponding current; Replace the heat pipe; Replace the contactor; Repair or replace the control board. According to our maintenance experience, the most common faulty components on the control board are two triodes and two relays, and their sockets are in poor contact. In addition, various switches on the operation panel are also prone to failure.

2. The water pump does not supply water. Reasons: the fuse is broken; the water pump motor is burned; the contactor does not work; the control board is faulty; some parts of the water pump are damaged. Solution: replace the fuse; repair or replace the motor; replace the contactor; replace damaged parts.

3. The water level control is abnormal. Reasons: electrode fouling; control board failure; intermediate relay failure. Solution: remove the electrode dirt; repair or replace the control board components; replace the intermediate relay.

4. The pressure deviates from the given pressure range. Reason: deviation of pressure relay; failure of pressure relay. Solution: readjust the given pressure of the pressure switch; replace the pressure switch.
