1. The motor does not turn
Turn on the power, press the start button, the steam generator motor does not rotate. Reason for failure:
(1) Insufficient air lock pressure;
(2) The solenoid valve is not tight, and there is air leakage at the joint, check and lock it;
(3) Thermal relay open circuit;
(4) At least one working condition circuit is not set (water level, pressure, temperature, whether the program controller is powered on).
Exclusion measures:
(1) Adjust the air pressure to the specified value;
(2) Clean or repair the solenoid valve pipe joint;
(3) Check whether each component is reset, damaged and motor current;
(4) Check whether the water level, pressure and temperature exceed the standard.
2. The steam generator does not ignite after starting
After the steam generator is started, the steam generator blows forward normally, but does not ignite
problem causes:
(1) Insufficient electrical fire extinguishing gas;
(2) Solenoid valve does not work (main valve, ignition valve);
(3) Solenoid valve burned out;
(4) Air pressure is unstable;
(5) Too much air
Exclusion measures:
(1) Check the pipeline and repair it;
(2) replace with a new one;
(3) Adjust the air pressure to the specified value;
(4) Reduce air distribution and reduce the number of door openings.
3. White smoke from the steam generator
problem causes:
(1) The air volume is too small;
(2) The air humidity is too high;
(3) Exhaust temperature is too low.
Exclusion measures:
(1) Adjust the small damper;
(2) Properly reduce the air volume and increase the inlet air temperature;
(3) Take measures to increase the exhaust gas temperature.
