1. Cleaning of the outer surface of equipment and pipe fittings
Wipe the surface of the device with a damp cloth every day before turning it on.
2. Use chemical cleaning fluid to clean
Chemical cleaning solution should be used for cleaning once a month, using deionized water and pickling agent + neutralizing agent. The pickling agent should be 81-A type safe pickling agent with a concentration ratio of 5-10% and the temperature maintained at 60 degrees Celsius. The neutralizing agent should be sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution, with a concentration of 0.5%-1%, and the temperature should be maintained at about 80-100 degrees Celsius. Note: The pickling agent and neutralizing agent selected should ensure that they do not damage the steam generator pipe material. Operation method: close the thermal resistor valve, pump the pickling liquid into the machine from the raw water inlet, and discharge it from the steam outlet. Repeat the cycle several times according to the dirt condition of the steam generator to dissolve 1mm thick dirt for about 18 hours, and then use it after pickling. The neutralizing agent is repeatedly cleaned for 3-5 hours and then rinsed with deionized water for 3-5 hours. Check that the discharged water is neutral before the steam generator can be put into normal operation.
3. After starting according to the normal operation method, let it run normally, and then turn off the raw water to allow the steam to rush into the steam dish to preheat and be discharged through the steam pipe.
