China’s industry is neither a “sunrise industry” nor a “sunset industry”, but an eternal industry that coexists with mankind. It is still a developing industry in China. Since the 1980s, China’s economy has undergone rapid changes. The boiler industry has become more prominent. The number of boiler manufacturing companies in our country has increased by nearly half, and the ability to independently develop new products has been formed from generation to generation. The technical performance of this product is close to the level of developed countries in China. Boilers are an indispensable commodity in the era of economic development.
It’s worth looking into how it develops in the future. So, what are the advantages of traditional gas steam boilers? How do gas steam generators win in the thermal energy industry? We conduct analysis from the following four aspects:
1. Natural gas is a clean energy source. There is no waste residue and waste gas after combustion. Compared with coal, oil and other energy sources, natural gas has the advantages of convenience, high calorific value, and cleanliness.
2. Compared with ordinary boilers, gas steam boilers are generally used for pipeline air supply. The gas pressure of the unit is adjusted in advance, the fuel is burned more fully, and the boiler operates stably. Gas-fired steam generators do not require annual inspection registration like traditional boilers.
3. Gas steam boilers have high thermal efficiency. The steam generator adopts the countercurrent heat exchange principle. The boiler exhaust temperature is lower than 150°C, and the operating thermal efficiency is greater than 92%, which is 5-10 percentage points higher than conventional steam boilers.
4. Gas and steam boilers are more economical to use. Due to the small water capacity, high dryness saturated steam can be generated within 3 minutes after starting, which greatly shortens the preheating time and saves energy consumption.
A 0.5t/h steam generator can save more than 100,000 yuan in energy consumption in the hotel every year; it operates fully automatically and does not require the supervision of authorized firefighters, saving wages. It is not difficult to see that the future development prospects of gas steam boilers are very broad. Gas-fired steam boilers have the characteristics of small size, small floor space, easy installation, and no need to report for inspection. They are also superior products to replace traditional boilers in the future.
