2. A small amount of hydration is inevitable, but pay attention to the quality of hydration, it is best to supply deoxygenated water. Separately heated boiler water can use the waste heat of the tail flue to preheat the cold water (soft water) to 70°C-80°C, and then add an appropriate amount of trisodium phosphate and sodium sulfite to the boiler. 3. Strictly control the pH value of the furnace water, and check the pH value regularly (two hours). When the pH value is lower than 10, the consumption of trisodium phosphate and sodium hydroxide can be increased for adjustment.
4. Do a good job of shutdown maintenance. There are two kinds of dry method and wet method. If the furnace is shut down for more than 1 month, dry curing should be adopted, and if the furnace is shut down for less than 1 month, wet curing can be used. After the hot water boiler is out of service, it is best to use the dry method for maintenance. The water must be drained, dry the water with a small fire, and then add raw stone or calcium chloride, 2 kg to 3 kg per cubic meter of boiler volume, to ensure that the inner wall of the electric hot water boiler is dry, which can effectively prevent shutdown corrosion.
5. After every 3-6 months of operation of the hot water boiler, the boiler should be shut down for comprehensive inspection and maintenance.
