3. During the operation of the steam generator, please pay attention to check all parts, pay attention to the pressure and water level. You may not leave this position without permission. When working at night, do not sleep to avoid accidents.
4. Rinse the water level gauge once every shift. When flushing, according to the prescribed procedures, first close the water valve, open the drain valve, and then flush the steam valve. At this time, pay attention to whether the steam is blocked. Then close the steam valve and pay attention to whether the water is blocked. When flushing the water valve, there should be water and steam for a long time to ensure that there is no false water level. Check the coal in the steam generator, prevent explosives such as explosives from being thrown into the furnace, and prevent the risk of explosion.
5. Be sure to check the temperature of the mechanical equipment and motor casing. If the machine fails or the motor heats up over 60 degrees, please stop the test immediately. When the steam generator is in normal operation, the steam pressure must not exceed the specified working pressure, and the safety valve should be checked once a week.
