Exhaust gas temperature
The monitoring of the exhaust gas temperature is realized through the equipment control system. Typically, the exhaust gas temperature of this equipment is below 60°C. If the exhaust gas temperature value is abnormal, it is necessary to stop the furnace for inspection.
water level gauge
Keep the water level glass plate clean to ensure that the visible part of the water level gauge is clear and the water level is correct and reliable. If the glass gasket leaks water or steam, it should be fastened or replaced in time. The flushing method of the water level gauge is as above.
pressure gauge
Regularly check whether the pressure gauge is working properly. If the pressure gauge is found to be damaged or malfunctioning, stop the furnace immediately for inspection or replacement. In order to ensure the correctness of the pressure gauge, it should be calibrated at least every six months.
pressure controller
The sensitivity and reliability of the pressure controller should be checked regularly. Normal operators can preliminarily judge the reliability of the pressure controller by comparing the set pressure of the pressure controller to start and stop the burner with the data displayed by the controller.
safety valve
Pay attention to whether the safety valve is functioning normally. In order to prevent the valve disc of the safety valve from being stuck with the valve seat, the lifting handle of the safety valve should be pulled regularly to conduct an exhaust test to verify the reliability of the safety valve.
sewage
In general, feed water contains a variety of minerals. When the feed water enters the equipment and is heated and vaporized, these substances will precipitate out. When the equipment water is concentrated to a certain extent, these substances will be deposited in the equipment and form scale. The larger the evaporation, the longer the continuous operation time, and the more sediment. In order to prevent boiler accidents caused by scale and slag, the quality of water supply must be guaranteed, and sewage should be discharged regularly, once every 8 hours of operation, and the following items should be noted:
(1) When two or more steam generators use one sewage pipe at the same time, it is strictly forbidden for the two equipments to discharge sewage at the same time.
(2) If the steam generator is being repaired, the boiler is to be isolated from the mains.
Specific operation steps: slightly open the sewage valve, preheat the sewage pipeline, slowly open the large valve after the pipeline is preheated, and close the sewage valve immediately after the sewage is discharged. When discharging sewage, if there is an impact sound in the sewage pipe, close the sewage valve immediately until the impact force disappears, and then slowly open the large valve. Sewage discharge should not be carried out continuously for a long time, so as not to affect the water circulation of boiler equipment.
