After the steam generator is out of use, many parts are still soaked in water, and then the water vapor will continue to evaporate, which will cause a lot of moisture in the soda water system, or cause corrosion problems in the steam generator. So for the steam generator, which parts are easy to be corroded?
1. The heat exchanger parts of the steam generator are very easy to corrode during operation, not to mention the heat exchanger after the shutdown.
2. When the water wall is in operation, its oxygen removal effect is not very good, and its steam drum and downcomer are very easy to corrode. It is easy to corrode during operation, and the side of the water-cooled wall steam drum is particularly severe after the furnace is shut down.
3. At the elbow position of the vertical superheater of the steam generator, because it is placed in water for a long time, the accumulated water cannot be removed cleanly, which also causes it to corrode quickly.
4. The reheater is the same as the vertical superheater, basically the elbow parts are immersed in water and corroded.
