In order to ensure the normal operation and safety of the gas steam generator, fuel oil, heaters, filters, fuel injectors and other related accessories must be used rationally to avoid flameout of the gas steam generator.
The fuel introduced into the gas steam generator needs to be dehydrated on time. Dehydration and recycling of fuel oil requires purification before being sent to the oil tank. In addition, be sure to know the upper and lower limits of oil level and oil temperature to ensure normal fuel supply. In addition, the sediment at the bottom of the steel bottom should be cleaned frequently to avoid clogging. Strengthen the application management of fuel oil in gas steam generators and master the types of fuel filling oil. If there are differences in oil quality, a mix-and-match test is required. If sedimentation occurs, it should be stored in separate cylinders to avoid clogging of the gas steam generator due to fouling in mixed storage.
The heater installed in the gas steam generator should also be maintained regularly. If leakage occurs, timely maintenance is required. When using steam and air atomized oil nozzles, it is necessary to prevent the oil pressure from being lower than the steam and air pressure during the pressure regulation work, which can effectively prevent the fuel from entering the fuel injector. In past work experience, we found that the fuel supply system of some gas steam generators is only equipped with oil return pipes at the inlet and outlet of the oil pump, so if there is water in the oil, it may cause the furnace to flameout.
In order for the gas steam generator to operate economically, the daily use and maintenance of the steam generator must be enhanced. This is also an important measure to avoid a decrease in thermal efficiency, aggravation of usage conditions and steam generator accidents. Clean the burner cup and plate, ignition device, filter, oil pump, motor and impeller system, add lubricant to the damper linkage device, and retest the combustion phenomenon.
Regularly inspect and repair the electrical components of the gas steam generator, the control circuit, clear the dust in the control box, and inspect every control point. Seal well to prevent control panel components from getting wet. Repair the water treatment device, check whether the water quality meets the standards, clean the water treatment device, check the operation status and lift of the water supply pump, check whether the pipeline valves are in flexible use, cut off power and water, and close the valves after each system is filled with water.
