A: After the steam generator is in normal operation, it can supply steam to the system. Points to note when supplying steam:
1.Before supplying steam, the pipe needs to be warmed up. The function of the warm pipe is mainly to slowly increase the temperature of the pipes, valves, and accessories without sudden heating, so as to prevent the pipes or valves from being damaged due to stress caused by excessive temperature differences.
2.When warming the pipe, the bypass valve of the sub-cylinder steam trap should be opened, and the steam main valve should be gradually opened, so that the steam can only enter the sub-cylinder to warm the cylinder after preheating the main pipe.
3.After the condensed water in the main pipe and sub-cylinder is removed, turn off the bypass valve of the steam trap, check whether the pressure indicated by the pressure gauge on the boiler pressure gauge and the pressure gauge on the sub-cylinder are equal, and then open the main steam valve and the branch steam delivery valve of the sub-cylinder Supply steam to the system.
4.Check the water level of the water gauge during the steam delivery process, and pay attention to water replenishment to maintain the steam pressure in the furnace.
