A:When cleaning the waste heat steam generator, the external pipeline of the steam generator, including water supply storage or treatment equipment, should also be cleaned. If not, the oxide layer should be cleaned after the loose sediment in the water supply system is removed. During the cleaning process, the regulating valve, flow orifice plate and other instruments that are often damaged should be moved away.
Chemical cleaning:
This process can be used to remove surface cleaning or other deposits, usually with acid or solvent methods and cleaning, heat first, and continue or repeat part of the working time in the waste heat steam generator until the reaction rate decreases.
Organic cleaning:
After the manual cleaning is completed, then remove the deposits on the inner surface of the waste heat steam generator, such as oil, grease and other maintenance coatings or tubes, and even hinder the normal metal passivation. After washing, all organic substances are affected by the heat exchange.
During chemical cleaning, it must be possible to ensure that the cleaning agent of the enterprise enters other related parts except the superheater. During chemical cleaning, the inner parts of the steam drum can be cleaned together by being installed in the steam drum. When a cleaning agent damages the mesh material made of stainless steel plate, it needs to be removed in advance, and then reinstalled before blowing or running.
If the louver separator is really removed for inspection, the manufacturer of the waste heat steam generator recommends that it be put back in its original position. If there is no debris on the inner parts of the steam drum, it will also cause problems with the purity of the steam. Therefore, the inner parts should be inspected and cleaned by personnel according to the design requirements. When purging or cleaning in the chemical industry, all analytical sampling tubes must be separated.
