A:When we operate the steam generator, we need to check the outside of the steam generator, so what to check? Main points of steam generator visual inspection:
1. Whether the safety protection device is complete, flexible and stable, and whether the installation of the safety protection device meets the requirements of relevant regulations.
2. If necessary, check the pressure gauge and carry out the exhaust test of the safety valve.
3. Whether there is any problem with the operation of supporting equipment (fans, water pumps).
4. Whether the automatic control equipment, receiving signal system and various instruments are flexible and stable.
5. Whether the door holes are tight, whether there is leakage or corrosion.
6. Put it into the combustion chamber and you can still see the drum wall, whether there is any problem with the water wall, whether there is any abnormality such as deformation.
7. Is the combustion stable, and is there black smoke from the chimney?
8. Whether the furnace wall, frame, platform, escalator, etc. of the steam generator are in good condition; whether there is any problem in the operation of the water treatment equipment.
9. Whether the facilities in the steam generator room meet the requirements of relevant regulations, and whether there are problems in management.
10. Whether there are cracks (seams) in the welds and cracks in the visible parts of the steam generator.
