2. Water level bucket flushing
The water level cylinder of this product is located on the right side of the steam generator. At the bottom of the lower end, there is a high-temperature drain ball valve, which normally detects the water level and affects the water level tank and generator. In order to prevent the failure of the water level electrode and ensure the safe and stable operation of the generator. The water level of the steel cylinder should be checked regularly (generally about 2 months).
3. Heating pipe maintenance
Due to the long-term use of the steam generator and the influence of water quality, the heating tube is easy to scale, which affects the working efficiency and seriously affects the service life of the heating tube. The heating tube should be cleaned regularly according to the operation of the generator and the water quality (usually every 2-3 cleaned once a month). When reinstalling the heating tube, attention should be paid to the connection of the restoration, and the screws on the flange should be tightened to avoid leakage.
