1. Filtration system – For fuel burners, it is necessary to clean the pipe filter between the fuel tank and the fuel pump. Regular filter cleaning allows fuel to reach the pump quickly and reduces potential component failure. The filter system also needs to be inspected for signs of excessive wear or damage.
2. Pressure regulating valve – Check the fuel pressure regulating valve or pressure reducing valve to ensure that the surface of the lock nut inside the adjustable bolt is clean and removable. Once the surface of the screw and nut is found to be dirty or corroded, the regulating valve should be repaired or replaced. A poorly maintained fuel regulator valve can cause problems with burner operation.
3. Oil pump – check the oil pump of the steam generator burner to determine whether its sealing device is good and whether the internal pressure can be kept stable, and replace damaged or leaking sealing elements. If hot oil is used, it is necessary to confirm whether the insulation of each oil pipe is good; if there is a long oil pipe in the oil circuit, it is necessary to check whether the installation route is reasonable. Replace damaged and poorly insulated pipes.
4. Burners For oil burners, clean the “Y” filter system. Good filtration of heavy oil and residue is key to reducing injector and valve plugging. Detect the pressure difference on the burner to judge whether it works normally and whether the oil pressure is within the appropriate range, so as to ensure that the fuel pressure can be read accurately after adjusting the burner. Adjust the protruding length of the atomizer on the oil nozzle, and adjust the detection low oil pressure switch. However, it is also very necessary to clean the nozzle regularly.
