1. Pot water concentration
There are many bubbles in the boiling water in the gas steam generator, and as the water concentration in the tank increases, the thickness of the bubbles also becomes thicker. The space of the drum is reduced, and when the bubbles burst, the splashed fine water droplets are easily carried out by the steam flowing upwards, which reduces the quality of the steam. In severe cases, it will cause soot water phenomenon and bring out a large amount of water.
2. Gas steam generator load
If the load of the gas steam generator increases, the rising speed of the steam in the steam drum will be accelerated, and there will be enough energy to bring the highly dispersed water droplets out of the water surface, thereby deteriorating the quality of the steam and even causing serious consequences. Steam and water have co-evolved.
3. Gas steam generator water level
If the water level is too high, the steam space of the steam drum will be reduced, and the amount of steam passing through the corresponding unit volume will increase. The steam flow will increase and the free separation space for the water droplets will decrease, which will cause the water droplets to continue on with the steam. Steam quality deteriorates.
4. Steam boiler pressure
When the pressure of the gas steam generator suddenly drops, the amount of steam with the same quality increases, and the amount of steam passing through the unit volume increases. This is also easy to bring out tiny water droplets, which will affect the quality of steam.
