Working principle of pure steam generator
The raw water enters the tube side of the separator and evaporator through the feed pump. The two are connected to the liquid level and are controlled by the liquid level sensor connected to the PLC. Industrial steam enters the shell side of the evaporator and heats the raw water in the tube side to the evaporation temperature. The raw water is converted into steam. This steam uses gravity to remove the small liquid at low speed and high stroke of the separator. The droplets are separated and returned to the raw water to re-evaporate the steam and become pure steam.
After passing through a specially designed clean wire mesh device, it enters the top of the separator and enters various distribution systems and usage points through the output pipeline. The regulation of industrial steam allows the pressure of pure steam to be set through the program and can be stably maintained at the pressure value set by the user. During the evaporation process of the raw water, the supply of the raw water is controlled through the liquid level, so that the liquid level of the raw water is always maintained at a normal level. Intermittent discharge of concentrated water can be set in the program.
