Since the state of condensate in steam is uncertain, the sampling position of steam dryness is in the middle, bottom, or top of the steam supply pipe. Due to the moisture film on the inner wall of the pipe or the different states of condensate accumulation and suspended water droplets at the bottom of the steam pipe, the dryness error may exceed 50%.
The sampling position of the steam dryness after the high-efficiency steam-water separator is no longer strict. The dryness after the high-efficiency steam-water separator is increased to dry saturated steam, and the total steam value contained in the steam should be equal to the steam value under the corresponding pressure. And use this to determine the treatment effect of the high-efficiency steam-water separator.
